Jolie Talks About Maleficent

Angelina Jolie has confirmed that her next project will be "Maleficent", for Disney. The project has been in the works for quite some time.

While promoting her film "In the Land of Blood and Honey" at Berlinale, Jolie said, "I haven't acted in two years, and I haven't done anything else since this [Land of Blood and Honey]. The next thing I am looking at is a Disney movie".

The film will be Linda Woolverton's take on the classic "Sleeping Beauty" tale. The main focus will be on the evil Queen, however.

"Maleficent" will be released in 2015.
